Admission (2026-2027)

•    Online application forms for the session 2026-27 will be available on the school website under the ‘Admissions’ Tab (2026-2027) from Thursday, 26th June till Sunday, 3rd August 2025.

•    PLAYGROUP - 1st April’ 2023 – 30th April’ 2024 (2+)
•    NURSERY    -  1st  April’ 2022 - 31st March’ 2023 (3+)
•    LOWER KG -   1st  April ’2021 -  31st March’ 2022 (4+)
•    UPPER KG -    1st  April '2020 -  31st March’ 2021 (5+)
•    CLASS II -      1st  April' 2018 -  31st March’ 2019 (7+)

•    Kindly check the school website (www.birlahighschool.com) under the ‘Admissions’ Tab (2026-2027) on Thursday, 26th June 2025 at 2 p.m. for Notice No. 2 regarding details pertaining to the online forms.

Procedure

1. The process starts in June and is completed by August. The new session starts in April.     
2. A notice is uploaded on the school website notifying the date for the availability of the online application form done through Admission Tree. Application form is available online on Admission Tree along with the guidelines for filling up the form and details of the required documents.      
3. List of shortlisted candidates for the interaction is prepared based on the form and the details submitted to the school by the Admission Tree.       
4. Names of the selected candidates, date & time for written test and interaction is put up on the school notice board and website.    
5. Final list of selected candidates for admission and fee payment  is put up on the school website and the Notice Board.

Eligibility Criteria

Lower KG:     Age 4+ years. Candidates born between 1st April 2021 to 31st March 2022
Upper KG:     Age 5+ years. Candidates born between 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2021

16.08.25                                     Final list of selected candidates for fee payment will be put up on school                                                                                                            notice board and website at 2:00 pm.

18.08.25  & 19.08.25                Fee payment for the final selected candidates.

23.08.25                                     Submission of important documents by the parents in school after the fee                                                                         payment 

30.08.25                                    Extension of form dates-for 2nd list will be available depending on vacancy.
